Jeans - New Look Top - Vintage Brogues - Primark Both bandanna's - Primark
Hello everyone(:
As i mentioned in my last post, i absolutely adore the 1940s, so it was only right that i did a blog post about it.
I picked out a whole outfit which i think represents the 40s. I went for the Pinup look rather than the work and formal wear.
So we have baggy rolled up jeans, floral tie top, maroon coloured brogues, 2 bandanna's, one for my hair and my wrist(; and of course my 40s glasses. For the makeup i did the classic black eyeliner and red matte lips, then curled my hair, but brushed some of the curls out to give it more of a wavy look.
I cannot even express how much i love the 40s, the Pinup look is definitely a favourite!
I'm getting my dad to buy me a book all about the fashion, accessories and makeup of that era yayaya!
